# Higgsfield: Upload Media

Prepare an input file for use with Higgsfield models.

Find this node under **Higgsfield** in the action picker. It uses a [Higgsfield connection](/integrations/connection-providers/media/higgsfield.md).

## Set up the node

1. Add **Higgsfield: Upload Media** to your workflow.
2. Select your Higgsfield connection.
3. Choose **Model / Action**. The configuration form changes to match your choice.
4. Fill the required fields, using values from earlier steps where needed.
5. Save your changes and run the step. Review its result in **Build** or **History**.

## Parameters and inputs

The fields depend on the selected action. Use the labels, required markers, and available choices shown in your form.

| Input                  | What to provide                                                                                              |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Model / Action         | Choose **Upload Media** to transfer a file, or **Create Media Upload URL** to prepare an upload destination. |
| Media and file details | Supply the source file URL and the file details requested by the selected action.                            |

## Outputs

A media location for the completed upload, or an upload destination for the URL-only action.

**Create Media Upload URL** only prepares a destination; it does not upload the file. For a no-code workflow that transfers the file, use **Upload Media**.

## Example

Choose **Upload Media**, provide a product image URL, and pass the uploaded media location to a Higgsfield image or video step.

Availability of individual models and resources depends on your provider account. A successful connection does not grant access to every action.
