Ready-to-Use Workflows Designed and Maintained by AgenticFlow AI

One of the missions at AgenticFlow AI is to design and maintain workflows that can be widely beneficial across different use-cases. These workflows are available under the Templates section on the home page.

Categories of Workflow Templates

Workflows under templates are categorized based on their most frequent use-case. You can scroll through the page or directly navigate to any of the following categories:

Cloning a Template

Cloning makes a copy of the desired template in your account, allowing you full permission to modify it to better suit your needs. When opening a ready-to-use template that does not belong to your account, you will see the Clone Template button on the top right.

How to Use a Template

Try a Template on an Individual Data Entry

1. Locate the Template: Find the desired template on the Template page and click on Use Template.

2. Open the Workflow’s App Page: This will open the App page, where you provide the required information and test the workflow. Input data could include uploading files, typing text or numbers, selecting values from a drop-down, etc.

   Example: GPT on My Files is a workflow that can answer questions relevant to an input file. The tool requires two inputs:

   • A file to look at.

   • A question to answer.

   Provide the data and hit Run. You will see the LLM response in a few seconds.

Try a Template on a Whole Dataset (Run in Bulk)

Under the App section, you can try the workflow on one data sample, often referred to as a playground. Bulk run applies the analysis to many data entries simultaneously.

Examples:

• Applying a summarization tool to a dataset of research findings.

• Applying a sentiment analysis tool to a dataset of survey responses.

Bulk Run Sentiment Analysis

1. Prepare and Upload Data: Begin by preparing your CSV with the data you wish to classify. Ensure to include a column header to reference the correct field. Upload your CSV file and enable the knowledge as needed.

   Your CSV file can have multiple fields containing text to be analyzed. In the bulk run flow, specify the desired column using the header.

2. Use a Sentiment Analysis Template: Use AgenticFlow AI’s sentiment analysis template, which receives input text and outputs a sentiment label. If the output differs from your needs, clone the template to your account and modify the workflow.

3. Set Up Enrichment for Sentiment Analysis:

   • Select your data table and click on the Enrich button on the Data table page.

   • Choose sentiment analysis from AgenticFlow AI’s templates or your own tools if you have created or cloned one.

   • Configure the enrichment by selecting the targeted column (the column to be analyzed) and naming the output column.

   A new column will be added to your data table indicating the configuration is complete. If your table is wide and the Enrichment column is not displayed, scroll to the right side of the table.

4. Run the Analysis:

   • Analyze single entries by hovering over the first row and clicking on play.

   • Analyze the whole table by clicking the play button on the header.

5. Export the Results: Export the results by clicking on the Download button. A CSV copy of the data table will be downloaded to your computer’s download folder in a few seconds.
