Step 1: Create Agent from Website (One-Click)

What you need to do

Go to agenticflow.ai β†’ Marketplace β†’ Use the one-click feature to create a chatbot agent.

Process

  1. Log in to Agentic Flow

  2. Go to Marketplace section

  3. Select chatbot agent template

  4. Enter your website URL

  5. Within 15 seconds, the system will automatically create your chatbot

Result

Agent is created with:

  • System Prompt auto-generated based on website content

  • Web Search plugin - for searching information

  • Web Retrieval plugin - for extracting information from website


Step 2: Review & Test Basic Agent

What you need to do

Open New Chat and try asking some questions to test the agent.

Step 3: Prepare Google Sheets for Lead Storage

What you need to do

Google Sheets email MUST MATCH the email used for MCP connection.

Step 4: Use ISHI to Create Appointment Booking Workflow

What is ISHI?

ISHI is a component running on your local machine that helps you:

What you need to do

  1. Open ISHI on your machine

  2. Copy the prompt describing your requirements (see template below)

Step 5: Connect Workflow to Agent (Manual Step)

What you need to do

After ISHI completes, you may need an additional manual step:

  1. Open Agent in Agentic Flow

  2. Go to Tools/Capabilities section

  3. Add back:

    • Web Search plugin

    • Web Retrieval plugin

    • The newly created workflow

  4. Save the agent

Check System Prompt

ISHI will update the system prompt with new logic about:

  • When to collect lead information

  • How to handle unanswerable questions


Step 6: Test the Complete System

Test Workflow separately

  1. Go to workflow β†’ Single Run mode

  2. Fill in test information (name, email, phone, etc.)

  3. Verify:

What you need to do

  1. Save all changes (agent + workflow)
