Questions
β οΈ IMPORTANT NOTE
IMPORTANT
Google Sheets email MUST MATCH the email used for MCP connection.
Example: If you create an MCP connection with Google Sheets using [email protected], then the Google Sheets file must also belong to [email protected]. Different emails will cause access errors.
Step 4: Use ISHI to Create Appointment Booking Workflow
What is ISHI?
ISHI is a component running on your local machine that helps you:
Quickly create agent workflows
Debug and fix errors automatically
Works with natural language (no technical skills required)
What you need to do
Open ISHI on your machine
Copy the prompt describing your requirements (see template below)
Paste into ISHI and provide the necessary information
Information to provide to ISHI
Agent URL: Link to the agent created in Step 1
Google Sheets URL: Link to lead storage file
Notification email: Your email address
Example Prompt for ISHI
ISHI will perform
β Create workflow with nodes: Google Sheets + Email notification
β Update agent's system prompt
β Connect workflow to agent
β οΈ NOTES about ISHI
TIP
The more detailed your requirements, the more accurate ISHI will be.
If ISHI makes an error:
Take a screenshot or copy the error message
Paste into ISHI and ask "Can you try again?"
ISHI will automatically review and fix the error
NOTE
ISHI is very useful for people without technical background such as marketers, teachers, or anyone who wants to apply AI without learning complex concepts.
Step 5: Connect Workflow to Agent (Manual Step)
What you need to do
After ISHI completes, you may need an additional manual step:
Open Agent in Agentic Flow
Go to Tools/Capabilities section
Add back:
Web Search plugin
Web Retrieval plugin
The newly created workflow
Save the agent
Check System Prompt
ISHI will update the system prompt with new logic about:
When to collect lead information
How to handle unanswerable questions
Step 6: Test the Complete System
Test Workflow separately
Go to workflow β Single Run mode
Fill in test information (name, email, phone, etc.)
Verify:
β Data appears in Google Sheets
β Email notification is sent
Test Complete Agent
Scenario 1: Unanswerable question
Ask the agent a question where information is not on the website
Agent will suggest booking an appointment
Fill in information when prompted
Check Google Sheets and Email
Scenario 2: Customer proactively books appointment
Request to book an appointment directly
Fill in information
Confirm data is saved
β οΈ Debugging Tips
TIP
If header sequence in Google Sheets is incorrect:
Take a screenshot of the error
Paste into ISHI and describe the issue
ISHI will automatically update the workflow
NOTE
Network/timeout errors:
Simply try again
Could be due to weak network connection
Step 7: Publish & Embed on Website
What you need to do
Save all changes (agent + workflow)
Click Publish
Click Share to get embed code
Copy embed code and paste onto your website
π¬ Final Result
After completion, you will have:
β Chatbot Agent running 24/7 on your website
β Automatic answers to customer questions based on website content
β Lead collection when:
Customer proactively requests appointment
Chatbot cannot answer (suggests consultation)
β Centralized storage in Google Sheets
β Real-time notifications via email to sales/CS team
π Summary of IMPORTANT NOTES
>> MCP Connection Email = Google Sheets Email
This is the most common error. Ensure the email used for MCP connection with Google Sheets matches the email that owns the Google Sheets file.
>> Always SAVE before testing
After each edit to agent or workflow, remember to Save for changes to take effect.
>> Use ISHI for debugging
Instead of fixing errors yourself, take a screenshot and paste into ISHI. ISHI will automatically analyze and fix errors for you.
>> Basic agent creation time: ~15 seconds
Use Marketplace one-click feature to quickly create base agent, then expand with ISHI.
>> Builder Mindset
Observing how ISHI works will help you gradually understand how to build agents/workflows. It may be difficult at first, but you'll get faster with practice.
